1. About MotorCue
MotorCue is an independent vehicle information service for UK drivers. It provides tools including vehicle and MOT information, MOT history, MOT reminders, nearby MOT centre information and manufacturer dealer information.
MotorCue is operated by Ravi Varma as an individual.
MotorCue is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) or the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
2. Using MotorCue
You may use MotorCue for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, access it using automated methods that place unreasonable demand on the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Vehicle and MOT information
MotorCue displays vehicle and MOT information obtained from third-party and official data services. We aim to present this information accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.
You should verify important vehicle, MOT or legal information with the relevant official service before relying on it.
4. MOT reminders
MotorCue may allow you to request email reminders relating to your MOT expiry date. Reminders are provided as a convenience only.
It remains your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle has a valid MOT when required. MotorCue is not responsible for a missed, delayed or undelivered reminder.
5. MOT centres and dealers
Information about MOT centres, dealers, locations, websites, telephone numbers and directions may be supplied by third-party services.
MotorCue does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, pricing, opening hours or quality of any third-party business or service.
6. Availability
We aim to keep MotorCue available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable.
7. Liability
MotorCue is provided for general informational and convenience purposes. Nothing on MotorCue constitutes professional, legal, mechanical or financial advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Third-party services
MotorCue may contain links to or information from third-party websites and services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and MotorCue is not responsible for their content or availability.
